WITS also partners with QuickBooks and Intuit to provide and design an accounting system to track revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities. This automated system is used for professionals and small businesses is designed to minimize taxes.
About WITS
Greg Williams, former owner, current president, and CEO, created the company and started the company as a sole proprietorship. Working with his father and uncles in their respective businesses; construction, gas, auto repair, retail, and waste management, Greg resembles an entrepreneurial perspective for advising and working closely with privately owned small businesses.
Services
WITS provides income tax preparation and planning in accordance with IRS and AICPA rules and regulations. WITS uses a QuickBooks Pro to provide an accounting, bookkeeping system to prepare income tax services professional individuals (sole proprietors), partnerships, sub-chapter S corporations (limited liability corporations (LLC), and commercial "C" corporations.
The sister company, WILCO U.S. LLC, provides consulting and services to small business owners in three areas. The cornerstone of our business is now the Accounting & Income Tax Preparation.
The Board of Directors for Small Business Owners focuses on Human Resources for small businesses.
Who We Are
Williams Income Tax was founded in 1978 by Greg Williams while Joan Williams began her Human Resource consulting career in 1976 with Ford Motor Company. Joan advanced her career with Ford Aerospace in Houston, Texas. Later, Joan changed industries and moved to the computer market with Hewlett Packard. Before developing Williams Consulting, Joan served as Vice President of Human Resources and a Japanese-owned company, Alps Automotive, and a French-owned company, LaGrand North America (Wattstopper).
WILLCO U.S. LLC is a Small Business Consulting Group that offers Human Resource Consulting, Tax and Accounting Services.
WILLCO U.S. also sponsors the Board of Directors for Small Business Owners needing "insight into small business best practices". Co-owners, Greg and Joan Williams have both owned and managed small businesses. Greg and his wife Joan, share the vision of providing small business owners with the management tools required to not only survive but to thrive in today’s economic climate.
